Programs Offered

Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management
The Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM) program at Cordova Public College is designed to develop students’ skills and competencies in the hospitality and tourism industry, focusing on hotel and restaurant operations, customer service, and event management.
The program provides both classroom learning and practical training in areas such as front office operations, food and beverage services, housekeeping management, tourism principles, and hospitality marketing. Students are also exposed to real-world scenarios through hands-on activities and industry immersion, helping them build professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
Graduates of BSHM are prepared for careers in hotels, resorts, restaurants, cruise lines, and other hospitality-related businesses, with roles such as hotel staff, front desk officer, food and beverage supervisor, event coordinator, and hospitality entrepreneur.
